AMS Performance front mount intercooler is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory unit with a 50 mm tube and fin core, 67% thicker than the 30 mm stock core, for 64% more core volume. Louvered fins at 22 fins per inch maximize heat transfer, and the cast aluminum end tanks were 3D printed and test fitted before casting for OEM-level fitment. Each unit is hand TIG welded and pressure tested to 50 psi, and it carries CARB EO D-825-3 for 50-state street legality.
