The AMS Performance high mount intercooler replaces the factory F-150 and Raptor EcoBoost intercooler with a 24 x 14 x 3.5 in bar and plate core of 1,176 cubic inches, against 552 cubic inches for the factory unit. Cast aluminum end tanks carry 3 in inlet and outlet ports, the cast outlet tube has an integrated mount for the factory blow-off valve or a Turbosmart VeePort, and a drain plug sits at the low point of the system. It mounts on a gusseted 1 in 304 stainless lower support bar and a 304 stainless upper bracket, connects to the factory intercooler piping, and this version is finished in silver (uncoated) with no logo.

Which trucks does it fit?

  • 2017 and later Ford F-150 with the 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost, all sub-models, and the 2017 and later F-150 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost.

Can I use it with aftermarket intercooler pipes?

  • No. It connects to the factory intercooler piping and is not compatible with AMS or other aftermarket intercooler pipes.

Does it work with an aftermarket bumper?

  • Fit with aftermarket bumpers is not guaranteed and may require bumper modification or piping fabrication.

What does installation involve?

  • The upper front grille shutters come off and the surrounding duct material is trimmed. The kit includes the core, stainless support bar, upper bracket, couplers, outlet tube and hardware.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
