The AMS Performance Red Alpha carbon fiber cold air intake kit pairs sealed intake boxes with real carbon fiber lids in a matte finish to keep engine bay heat away from the intake air. Integrated bell horn dry media filters and wire-reinforced silicone couplers smooth airflow and hold their shape under turbo vacuum, and the system works with the existing MAF housing. AMS rates it at an average 17 wheel horsepower gain on both stock and AMS Alpha tunes with no check engine light and no tuning required, and it installs at the factory mounting locations.
