The APR Intercooler System is a massive front-mounted upgrade for the RS3 2.5T that dramatically lowers intake air temperature and minimizes heat soak. Its bar-and-plate core with staggered, louvered fins measures 11.7 x 22.00 x 3.50 inches, providing 257.4 in² of frontal area and 900.90 in³ of volume, roughly double the factory core. It is a plug-and-play install that requires no trimming or drilling and dynoed 26 additional wheel horsepower over the factory system on a Stage 1 93 octane setup.
