The APR High Pressure Fuel Pump is a complete, ready-to-install Hitachi unit that increases the volume of fuel displaced by 37% to hold rail pressure steady in demanding conditions. No core or rebuild is required. The plunger and barrel are machined from certified, heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel, the plunger receives a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating for hardness and reliability, and a titanium retainer with a weight-matched spring controls plunger float. Every pump is assembled in house, then machine-tested and broken in before shipping to catch seal, solenoid, or assembly faults.
