APR ignition coils are a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory coils, built with an increased copper winding diameter and reduced resistance plus a larger, stronger neodymium magnet to deliver 6% more energy output than stock. The stronger, more consistent spark supports a smoother idle and sharper throttle response on stock cars and on engines running higher boost and power upgrades, and each batch is tested to over 73 hours or 15,768,000 coil firings. The housing is red and carries the APR logo.
