ARP's 234-4314 head stud kit secures the cylinder heads on 2004 and later Chevrolet Gen III and Gen IV LS series small block engines using Custom Age 625+ super alloy studs rated at 260,000 psi tensile strength. The kit uses ten M11x2.0 studs and five M8x1.25 studs, installed hand tight and clamped with nuts and washers. Final torque is 100 ft-lb on the 11mm studs and 28 ft-lb on the 8mm studs using ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
