An individual ARP replacement stud machined from chromoly steel and finished in black oxide, 1.500 in overall length with 3/8-16 and 3/8-24 threads so one end screws into the casting and the other takes a nut. The nut end carries a hex broached into the tip, which lets the stud be seated hand tight with an Allen wrench instead of a jammed double nut, protecting both the stud threads and the tapped hole. ARP rolls the threads after heat treating for higher fatigue strength. This part ships as one stud, so it covers replacing a single damaged fastener rather than buying a complete kit.
