The Bilstein B16 PSS9 is a fully threaded coilover kit for the E39 BMW 540i (1997-2003) and M5 (2000-2003), offering adjustable ride height and 9-stage manually adjustable damping that tunes rebound and compression together with each click. It uses monotube dampers with application-matched springs and a zinc-coated, Triple-C corrosion-resistant threaded body, lowering the vehicle approximately 30-50mm. Developed and tested under motorsport conditions, the B16 PSS9 is made in Germany.
