Bilstein B4 OE Replacement DampTronic dampers are direct replacements for the electronically adjustable dampers fitted to PASM equipped cars, so the factory suspension control module keeps full authority over damping rather than being bypassed. This unit is the front right strut, built on Bilstein's twin-tube gas pressure design and calibrated to meet or exceed the original equipment specification. It is aimed at restoring the ride comfort, handling and safety the car left the factory with, not at lowering it or changing spring rate.
