The Bilstein B4 19-184067 is a direct-fit rear shock absorber that restores factory ride quality and handling on the Audi 100 Quattro, A6 Quattro (Avant and Base), and Volkswagen Passat 4Motion and W8. It uses Bilstein’s gas-pressure twin-tube design built to meet or exceed OE standards, with an eye-type lower mount and a black painted finish. Intended for vehicles running standard-height suspension — not recommended for use with lowering springs.
