The Bilstein B6 4600 is a monotube rear shock absorber for the third-generation Toyota Sequoia at stock ride height. Its 2.0in body and valving are tuned for this application and work with the factory springs. On Capstone, Platinum and 1794 Edition models it fits only trucks without rear air suspension and without Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). It has a stem top mount and a 19.1mm eye lower mount, with a collapsed length of 16.59in and an extended length of 22.90in. It is sold individually; the rear axle takes two.

  • The rear of the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia SR5, Limited, Platinum and Capstone, and 2025-2026 1794 Edition.

Does it fit a Sequoia with rear air suspension?

  • No. Capstone, Platinum and 1794 Edition models must be without rear air suspension and without AVS.

Does it fit the TRD Pro?

  • The TRD Pro is not in the Bilstein application list for this part.

How many do I need?

  • It is sold individually. Order two for the rear axle.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
