Bilstein B6 Performance Front Monotube Shock Absorber - Chevrolet Corvette 1992-1995

The B6 Performance is Bilstein's bolt-in upgrade over a worn factory damper, valved for this specific application and designed to work with the OE spring rather than requiring a matched set of new ones. It is a monotube gas pressure design, which fits a larger working piston in the tube than a comparable twin-tube and keeps damping consistent as the oil heats up on a back road or a long sweeper. This damper measures 9.65 in collapsed and 13.88 in extended, locates with a bar pin at the bottom and a stem at the top, and arrives in Bilstein's yellow paint with a straight boot fitted.
