Bilstein B6 Performance Monotube Strut Porsche 911 997 2005-2012 - Front, Non-PASM

Bilstein 35-348108 is a B6 Performance front strut for the 2005-2012 Porsche 911 (997) built without Porsche Active Suspension Management. B6 sits a step above the B4 OE line: it keeps the factory ride height and works with the standard spring, but the monotube valving is re-tuned for firmer, better-controlled damping. The result is tighter body control and more stable turn-in without the compromise of a lowering spring or a coilover conversion.

The monotube layout separates gas and oil so the damping oil is held under pressure and resists aeration under sustained hard use - the reason Bilstein monotubes hold their damping when a twin-tube fades. This unit measures 429 mm collapsed and 588 mm extended, with a base cup at the bottom and a stem at the top, and ships with a black bellows dust boot. It has a fixed spring seat but no coil spring: the factory spring is retained. It is sold individually and Bilstein specifies two per vehicle, so order two to do the front axle.
