This is the BorgWarner K04-001 upgrade turbocharger for transverse 1.8T 20V engines that came with the K03. It has the same outer dimensions and mounting as the K03, so it bolts in at the factory location, while its larger compressor and turbine wheels move more air; the turbine wheel is Inconel. The best gains come with an ECU upgrade.
