The solvent-free UV coating protects the disc and braking surfaces from corrosion, while high-carbon cast iron minimizes noise and vibration for smoother, quieter braking. Each rotor includes a fixing screw kit with the hardware needed for installation and carries intelligent marking that shows the part number and minimum thickness. Brembo recommends replacing rotors and pads together to restore full braking performance.
