Brembo Prime Front Brake Disc 355x32mm Toyota Tundra Sequoia Land Cruiser - UV Coated

The 09.C500.11 is the front brake disc from Brembo’s Prime line for Toyota’s full-size trucks and SUVs: 355 mm diameter, 32 mm thick new, ventilated, with a 29 mm minimum thickness and an 83 mm hat height over a 112 mm hub centering bore. It is a one-piece iron casting with a plain face — the OE-equivalent Prime part rather than a drilled Xtra or a bi-material Composite or Dual Cast disc.

Brembo’s UV paint is a water-based, solvent-free coating cured under ultraviolet light and applied to the hat, the outer edges and the vane openings — every surface the pads never sweep. It is what separates a Prime UV painted disc from a plain uncoated one: the uncoated casting begins surface-rusting within days of fitting, while the coated disc keeps a clean hat and clear vanes for its service life. Pair the front axle with the rear 345 mm discs for the same vehicles: 09.D618.11 in the same Prime UV painted finish, or 09.D618.1X if you want the cross-drilled Xtra face.
