Brembo Prime Rear Brake Disc 345x18mm Toyota Tundra Sequoia Land Cruiser - UV Coated

The 09.D618.11 is the rear brake disc from Brembo’s Prime line for Toyota’s full-size trucks and SUVs: 345 mm diameter, 18 mm thick new, ventilated, with a 16.0 mm minimum thickness, 76 mm hat height and a 112 mm hub centering bore. It is a one-piece iron casting with a plain braking face. Brembo’s UV paint is a water-based, solvent-free coating cured under ultraviolet light and applied to the hat, the outer edges and the vane openings — every surface the pads never sweep. It is what separates a Prime UV painted disc from a plain uncoated one: the uncoated casting begins surface-rusting within days of fitting, while the coated disc keeps a clean hat and clear vanes for its service life.

Brembo offers this rear disc in two finishes and the difference matters. This part is the Prime UV painted version: plain-faced, 16.0 mm wear limit. The alternative is 09.D618.1X, which is the same 345 x 18 mm disc in Brembo’s Xtra line — cross-drilled, cast in high-carbon iron, and with a higher 16.5 mm minimum thickness, so it gives up half a millimetre of usable wear in exchange for the drilled face and the high-carbon alloy. This part number supersedes Brembo 09.A967.11. The matching front disc for the same vehicles is 09.C500.11.
