A single 3/8 in WMC replacement bolt for Carrillo connecting rods. WMC bolts are H11 tool steel and are good for about 15 to 18 torque cycles. Install by the stretch method, or by torque and angle only with CP-Carrillo lube; the stretch figure depends on the head marking (H6 or H61) on the Steel Bolt instruction sheet.

What stretch should it be tightened to?

  • Use the figure for the head marking on the Steel Bolt instruction sheet: 0.0065 to 0.0075 in for WMC H6 and 0.0060 to 0.0070 in for WMC H61.

Can I use torque instead of stretch?

  • Torque and angle values apply only with CP-Carrillo lube. With any other lube, install by stretch only.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
