The FX250 pairs the Power Plus I Heavy-Duty pressure plate with a sprung disc that runs Fiber Tough friction on the pressure plate side and steel-backed organic friction on the flywheel side, raising holding capacity 110% over stock. It holds more than a traditional full-face Kevlar disc while staying street friendly, and suits street enthusiasts or weekend racers who drive spiritedly and occasionally push the car hard.

  • No. The kit works with the existing flywheel; a Clutch Masters flywheel is sold separately.

What is the FX250 intended for?

Does it fit the 300ZX Twin Turbo?

  • No. It fits the non-turbo 300ZX only.

Is there a break-in period?

  • Yes. Follow the Clutch Masters single disc break-in instructions linked under Documents before hard use.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
