The FX400 pairs the Power Plus I high leverage heavy duty pressure plate with a sprung ceramic disc for a 170% increase in holding capacity over stock. This kit uses the 8 puck disc, the less aggressive of the two puck counts Clutch Masters offers in the line, and its sprung hub adds moderate damping that makes high torque engagement noticeably more street friendly than a solid or rigid hub. The ceramic pucks are built for long service life, strong holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation under repeated road and drag racing use. The kit is designed to run on a single mass flywheel.
