CSF high-performance bar-and-plate intercooler core measuring 25in L x 12in H x 4.5in W (635 x 300 x 115 mm), rated to 1200 WHP for custom horizontal-flow intercooler builds. Hand-built on jigs in a clean room and vacuum-batch-brazed, with a multi-louvered staggered fin design on both ambient and pressure sides for maximum heat transfer. Each core is individually pressure-tested at 120 psi.
