This CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator swaps the factory plastic tank radiator for a 2-row, 42mm aluminum core that adds coolant capacity and improves heat rejection. CSF's exclusive B-Tube cooling tubes improve heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes, while 6.5mm tall multi-louvered fins maximize airflow at low speeds and on dusty or muddy trails where extra cooling capacity counts. The aluminum end tanks are TIG-welded to the core in place of the OEM crimped plastic tanks, a common failure point. CNC machined mounting brackets and OEM style inlet/outlet allow a true drop-in install with no modifications, and each radiator is individually leak and pressure tested and finished in smooth satin.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
