CSF's by-PWR intercooler system for the C8 Audi RS6 and RS7 swaps the OEM crimped cast-aluminum end tanks for 100% TIG-welded CNC machined billet aluminum tanks and an F1-grade two-row PWR core (rolled tubes with inner fins) that cuts heat soak and lowers intake air temperatures more efficiently than bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin designs. It is a true plug-and-play drop-in using OEM-style inlet/outlet connections, replacing OEM 4K0 145 805 P (left) and 4K0 145 806 B (right). Gains run +20 WHP / +18 WTQ on a stock tune and +10 WHP / +20 WTQ with a performance tune. Made in the USA at PWR North America.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
