DBA 5000 Series XS Black Hat Front Drilled & Slotted Rotor - Chevrolet Corvette / Cadillac XLR 2004-2013

A two-piece front brake rotor pairing a high carbon cast iron ring with an aerospace grade T6061-T6 aluminium hat, joined by NAS bolts and crimp nuts to cut unsprung and rotating weight. The ring measures 355mm across and 32mm thick new, with a 30mm minimum, and carries DBA's XS cross drilled and slotted surface in a non-directional pattern that runs on either side of the car. Kangaroo Paw ventilation vanes raise heat dissipation by up to 20 percent over a conventional straight vane, and Thermal Stability Profiling relieves casting stress to resist warping under repeated heat cycles. Friction faces are CBN machine turned and the non-friction areas are painted for corrosion resistance.
