DEI Black Titanium exhaust wrap uses LR Technology — pulverized lava rock spun into fiber and woven into a proprietary weave — in a black carbon-fiber finish. It withstands 1800°F direct and 2500°F intermittent heat, stays extremely pliable, secures without pre-wetting, and is less irritating to the skin than fiberglass. Wrapping headers cuts underhood temperatures, prevents heat soak, and shields heat-sensitive components. Do not wrap catalytic converters, titanium exhaust systems, or flex-joints; wrap stiffens once heat-cycled and is not meant to be removed. Made in the USA.
