DEI Floor & Tunnel Shield II Heat & Sound Barrier - Non-Adhesive, 42in x 48in

DEI Floor & Tunnel Shield II is a non-adhesive heat and sound barrier that blocks radiant heat from intruding into the cabin and protects components and electronics on fire walls, transmission tunnels, floor boards, fuel cells, and engine compartments. It is built from an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8 in. composite glass-fiber core, withstands direct heat up to 1750°F, and measures just 3/16 in. thick so it can be shaped and trimmed for a custom fit in minimal-clearance areas. The aluminum side faces the heat source. This sheet covers 42 in. x 48 in. (14 sq ft) and, unlike the original adhesive-backed version, requires mechanical fasteners (not included). Do not apply directly to exhaust components.
