Dinan Adjustable Tubular Front Sway Bar 32mm - BMW 1 Series M / M3 (E82/E9x) 2008-2013

This is a tubular front anti-roll bar, hollow rather than solid, which is how Dinan gets it 42% lighter than a solid bar of comparable stiffness. At 32 mm it runs 50% to 90% stiffer than the factory bar depending on where it is set, and the three hole ends combine with the supplied left and right hand threaded end links to give five usable positions. Stiffening the front cuts body roll and sharpens turn in, and the adjustment range lets the front to rear balance be moved toward understeer or toward rotation without changing anything else on the car. It can be fitted on its own or added to a Stage 1 suspension system for anyone building up in phases.
