The Dinan carbon fiber cold air intake pairs a 66% larger air box with a washable, reusable pleated cotton-gauze filter that grows filter area 44% from 56.75 to 82 square inches. A smooth carbon fiber intake tube replaces the restrictive factory resonator assembly for a more direct path and about 20% more flow, rising from 416 to 506 CFM at 15 inches of water. On a stock vehicle Dinan measures peak gains of 7 wheel horsepower and 12 lb-ft at 2500 rpm, along with a sportier semi-open induction note.
