Full 24 hose silicone cooling system kit for the EA888 MQB platform, covering the upper and lower radiator hoses, radiator bleed and engine bleed hoses, heater hoses, coolant pipe hoses, turbocharger coolant hoses, auxiliary water pump hose, expansion tank hoses and, where fitted, the DSG and auxiliary radiator hoses. Every hose is made in high quality silicone with three to five layers of reinforcement depending on inner diameter, so it will not soften, swell or split the way the original moulded rubber does after years of heat cycling. The factory hose connections are reused: their crimped clamps are cut off with a hacksaw and the connection is refitted to the silicone hose with a conventional clamp.
