do88 59mm Turbo Inlet Hose Kit - BMW N55 (E82/E90/E84) 2010-2015

do88 developed this N55 turbo inlet from a 3D scan of the whole intake area, then verified the finished design with computational flow dynamics and on a Superflow SF1020 flow bench. The kit uses freeform moulded silicone hoses in black with a CNC-machined adapter at the turbocharger and quality hose clamps, opening up the restrictive factory inlet path ahead of the compressor where vacuum and inlet air temperature cost the turbo airflow. This version is sized for a 59mm turbocharger compressor inlet, and do88 measured 1049 CFM against 660 CFM for the OEM inlet at 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop, 59 percent higher flow.
