do88 BigPack 63mm Throttle Intercooler Kit - Volvo P80 (850/S70/V70) 1994-1998 - Black Hoses

The BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body with an all aluminium intercooler and a reverse flow pressure pipe kit. The core holds 12,302 cm³ against the OEM 7,255 cm³, a 70 percent increase, and do88 measured 347 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the original parts flow 204 CFM, 70 percent higher, with post intercooler air temperature of 28°C against 41°C. The 2.5 in mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipes draw charge air from the bottom of the intercooler, which makes the total run 550mm shorter than the OEM pipes. Hoses are custom made silicone with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
