This BigPack combines the do88 performance intercooler with the matching charge pipe kit for the 2.5 TFSI RS3. The 97mm thick Garrett bar-and-plate core is rated to 1000 hp and holds 18,102 cm³ against the OEM 8,307 cm³, with 1,866 cm² of active cooling area versus 1,038 cm². do88 measured 412 CFM at 0.125 bar (1.81 psi) pressure drop where the OEM system flows 314 CFM, 31 percent higher, and logged 23°C intake air temperature against 55°C on the standard parts. The intercooler carries 80mm machined hose connections in place of the OEM 70mm, the hot side pipe is mandrel bent 70mm powder coated aluminium, and the cast aluminium cold side pipe runs from the throttle body all the way to the intercooler outlet with an 86mm connection and two CNC machined 1/8 NPT ports for methanol injection or boost pressure sensors. A chromoly crash beam and four layer reinforced silicone hoses complete the kit.
