do88 BigPack Intercooler and Charge Pipe Kit - BMW N54 (E82/E90/E84) 2006-2012

This do88 BigPack replaces everything from the intercooler inlet to the throttle body on the N54 with an all aluminum performance intercooler and a 3 inch (76 mm) charge pipe kit. Core volume rises to 15517 cm3 from 6933 cm3, 124 percent more, and frontal cooling area to 1151 cm2 from 658 cm2. do88 measured 498 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 354 CFM for the OE parts and a 15°C lower post intercooler air temperature under matched conditions. The pipes are mandrel bent seamless aluminum with a CNC machined throttle body flange and carry two 1/8-27 NPT water/methanol injection connections supplied with blanking plugs, replacing an OE plastic pipe that is prone to failure even on a stock car. Silicone hoses use four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
