do88 BigPack Intercooler and Y-Pipe Kit - Porsche 911 Turbo / GT2 (996) 2001-2005

The do88 BigPack pairs the brand's charge air coolers with a high flow Y-pipe to replace the entire charge air system on the 996 Turbo. The cores use motorsport grade Garrett bar-and-plate cells behind 3D free-form cast end tanks, with a full 70mm (2 3/4 in) at every intercooler connection and carbon fibre air guides that seal the core against the bodywork so cooling air cannot bypass it. do88 measured 572 CFM at 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) pressure drop against 501 CFM for the OEM coolers, a 14 percent gain, and logged a 41°C lower peak intake temperature across three consecutive full throttle runs in a stage 1 car. The Y-pipe is built from 63mm mandrel bent aluminium welded to a cast collector, and the turbo outlet hoses are rated for a constant 240°C.
