The do88 BigPack is a complete charge-air cooling upgrade that swaps the OEM intercoolers and piping for do88's dual-core intercooler set (ICM-360) and a satin-black 63mm (2.5 inch) mandrel-bent aluminum pressure pipe kit (TR-310-SST). The cores use Garrett bar-and-plate construction with cast aluminum end tanks (70mm connections), vacuum-infused prepreg carbon air guides, and 105mm (4 inch) thickness. High-temperature silicone hoses are rated to 240°C continuous, and the outlet tank carries two methanol injection bungs (1/8 NPT). do88 measures 919 CFM versus 820 CFM stock, a 12 percent airflow gain, with charge temperatures around 9°C cooler. This kit is designed for cars with the standard rear bumper.
