The do88 BigPack is a complete charge-air cooling upgrade for the 992.1 Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S. It pairs twin Garrett bar-and-plate intercooler cores, 105mm thick, with 3D cast aluminum end tanks and a full 63mm mandrel-bent aluminum charge pipe kit, dropping post-intercooler air temperature by up to 12°C and flowing roughly 8% more air than the factory coolers. Carbon fiber ambient air guides feed the cores and the high-temperature silicone hoses are rated to 240°C. Two 1/8 NPT methanol injection ports are machined into the outlet tank.
