This do88 BigPack swaps the OE charge air path on the B207 Saab 9-3 for an all aluminum performance intercooler and a complete 2.5 inch mandrel bent seamless aluminum pipe kit. The core holds 13770 cm3 against 7411 cm3 stock, 86 percent more, and flows 314 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the OE unit manages 188 CFM. Post intercooler air temperature measured 29°C against 46°C for the OE parts under the same conditions. Flow optimized cast end tanks and four layer polyester and aramid reinforced silicone hoses complete the kit, which ships with all clamps and hardware.
