This BigPack pairs the do88 performance intercooler with the matching RIP charge pipe kit for the four cylinder turbo 9-5. The all aluminium core is welded continuously and holds 11,803 cm³ against the OEM 6,379 cm³, an 85 percent increase. do88 measured 268 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the OEM intercooler flows 192 CFM, 40 percent higher, and recorded 32°C post intercooler air temperature against 53°C. End tanks are CAD designed and CFD analysed, the 2.5 in extruded aluminium pipes are mandrel bent and carry CNC machined sensor fastenings, and the silicone hoses use three to four reinforcement layers with stainless clamps.
