do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Toyota GR Yaris (G16E) 2020-2026 - Black Hoses

The do88 BigPack pairs the do88 Performance Intercooler with a complete charge pipe kit, replacing every charge air component between the turbo outlet and the throttle body. The all-aluminium intercooler carries a 13,971 cm³ core against 7,320 cm³ stock, 91% more volume, with 2,451 cm² of active cooling area versus 913 cm², and CAD designed cast end tanks feeding 63mm (2.5") connections in place of the 45mm originals. Mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipes in 2" and 2.125" diameters join through custom silicone hoses built from four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement. do88 measured 284 CFM across the full system against 203 CFM stock at a 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop, 40% more flow, and post intercooler air temperature fell from 50°C to 25°C under the same conditions. On a car running a TTE400 turbo and a Syvecs ECU, do88 recorded a 26 whp peak gain with the BigPack and the do88 turbo inlet fitted together.
