do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - VAG 2.0T EA888 Gen4 245 hp 2019-2026 - Black Hoses

This do88 BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body on the 245 hp EA888 Gen4 with an all aluminum performance intercooler and a 2.5 inch mandrel bent charge pipe. Core volume climbs to 15811 cm3 from 9056 cm3, 75 percent more, with active cooling area of 2774 cm2 against 2587 cm2. do88 measured 332 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 244 CFM for the OE parts and a post intercooler air temperature of 23°C instead of 35°C under matched conditions. On a stock software VW Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 45 the package returned 12 hp and 14 Nm at peak. The charge pipe carries one 1/8-27 NPT connection for water/methanol injection with a blanking plug fitted, and the black silicone hoses use four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
