do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Volvo P1 (C30/C70/S40/V50) 2004-2013 - Black Hoses

The BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body on the five cylinder T5 P1 cars with an all aluminium intercooler and a pressure pipe kit. The core holds 9,677 cm³ against the OEM 3,672 cm³, a 163 percent increase, and uses CAD designed, flow optimised cast end tanks. do88 measured 275 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the OEM parts flow 244 CFM, 13 percent higher, and recorded 38°C post intercooler air temperature against 69°C on the original setup. The pressure pipe is 2.5 in mandrel bent seamless aluminium and the three silicone hoses carry four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
