do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Volvo P2 (S60/V70/XC70) 2000-2002 - Black Hoses

The BigPack replaces the whole charge air path between the turbo outlet and the throttle body on the early P2 turbo cars. The all aluminium intercooler uses CAD designed, flow optimised cast end tanks and holds 13,068 cm³ against the OEM 8,659 cm³, a 51 percent increase. do88 measured 272 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the OEM parts flow 247 CFM, 10 percent higher, and recorded 30°C post intercooler air temperature against 54°C on the original setup. The pressure pipes are mandrel bent 2.5 in and 2.75 in aluminium, the four silicone hoses carry four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement, and the kit suits automatic and manual cars alike.
