do88 BigPack Intercooler Kit - Volvo P80 (C70/S70/V70) 1999-2005 - Black Hoses

The BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body with an all aluminium intercooler and a reverse flow pressure pipe kit. The core holds 12,302 cm³ against the OEM 7,255 cm³, a 70 percent increase, and do88 measured 324 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the original parts flow 203 CFM, 59 percent higher, with post intercooler air temperature of 28°C against 41°C. The 2.5 in mandrel bent seamless stainless steel pipes draw charge air from the bottom of the intercooler, shortening the total run by 600mm, and the lower pipe carries the pressure and temperature sensors in a cast and machined flange that resists the leaks the original mounting can suffer at higher boost. Hoses are custom made silicone with four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement.
