The do88 charge cooler manifold replaces the factory plastic intake manifold and integrated charge cooler on the B58 Gen 1 with an aluminum manifold, cast end tanks and a Garrett Motorsport bar and plate air to water core. The core is 102mm thick with 11 water rows against 6 on the OE unit, increasing airflow and cooling capacity, and the kit includes a thermal barrier spacer and 12 FKM silicone O-rings. do88 measured 873 CFM against 615 CFM for the OE manifold (+42%) and intake air at 26 C against 40 C, with +5 hp peak, +18 hp in the midrange and +28 Nm on a 2017 340i. This is the standard kit, replacing OE manifold 11618603913; the auxiliary fuel rail version is sold separately as ICM-440-G.

Returns
