The do88 charge cooler manifold replaces the factory plastic intake manifold and integrated charge cooler on the B58 Gen 2 with an aluminum manifold, cast end tanks and a Garrett Motorsport bar and plate air to water core. The core is 102mm thick with 11 water rows against 6 on the OE unit, increasing airflow and cooling capacity, and the kit includes a thermal barrier spacer and 12 FKM silicone O-rings. do88 measured 873 CFM against 595 CFM for the OE manifold at 0.1 bar pressure drop and intake air at 26 C against 41 C. This is the standard kit; the auxiliary fuel rail is sold separately, and the OE throttle body is reused on the new manifold.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
