do88 Charge Cooler Manifold - BMW S58 (G80/G82/G87) 2020+

An aluminium replacement for the S58's plastic intake manifold, with the charge air cooler integrated into the casting. The bar and plate core is 127mm (5 in) thick and 62 percent larger than standard, and do88 measured 511 CFM at 0.05 bar of pressure drop against 422 CFM standard, a 21 percent gain, with intake air temperature falling to 28.5 C from the OEM 33 C. Cast aluminium end tanks were chosen over CNC parts for internal flow. The manifold arrives port fuel injection ready with a fuel rail threaded for female AN-8 and designed around Injector Dynamics ID1050x or short Bosch EV14 injectors, each runner carries a 1/8 in NPT port, and a thermal barrier spacer sealed with FKM silicone O-rings isolates the manifold from head heat. Injectors and throttle body are not included.
