do88 Charge Pipe - BMW N54 (E82/E90/E84) 2006-2011

A single 3 in mandrel-bent seamless aluminium charge pipe with a CNC machined sensor flange, replacing the OEM turbo outlet pipe on the N54. On do88's SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench it moved 737 CFM at 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) pressure drop against 542 CFM for the factory pipe, 36 percent more. Two plugged 1/8 in 27 NPT bosses are machined into the pipe for water/methanol injection, and the custom silicone hose uses four layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement to survive high boost and charge temperatures. All hardware needed for the installation is supplied.
