These pressure pipes draw charge air from the bottom of the intercooler rather than the top, reversing the flow through the core and cutting 550mm out of the total pipe run for a faster throttle response. On do88's SuperFlow SF-1020 bench the kit flows 452 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 342 CFM for the OEM pipes, 32 percent higher. The pipes are 2.5 in mandrel-bent seamless aluminum and the hoses carry four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement. This version is built with black hoses and sized for the standard 63mm throttle body, and it contains two pressure pipes, four silicone hoses and nine hose clamps. The air guide to the air filter box needs roughly 25mm trimmed from the throttle body hose end to sit alongside these pipes.
