A 63mm (2.5 in) mandrel-bent seamless aluminium charge pipe with a custom four layer polyester/aramid reinforced silicone hose, replacing the plastic factory pipework. do88 measured 364 CFM at 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) pressure drop against 280 CFM for the OEM pipe on their SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench, a 30 percent gain. The pipe carries one plugged 1/8 in 27 NPT port for water/methanol injection, and all clamps and hardware needed for the installation are included. This version is cut to mate with the factory intercooler on the 300 hp and above Gen4 cars and is supplied with black silicone hoses.
